During certain hours (more on those below) when you come to our website you'll see a chat box where you can ask a question for real time help. This chat is staffed by an outside company, not TPL staff, so they will be able to help with things like basic account questions, placing holds and renewing items, help with downloadables, etc. More in-depth questions will be referred to TPL staff to best assist you.

Monday through Thursday, 9-11pm
Saturday and Sunday, 5pm-9pm
