What’s Next for TPL?
On November 3, 2020, Troy voters approved a new library millage of 1.1 mills for ten years. The new millage will allow TPL to restore 7-day service, perform building maintenance, and implement needed upgrades.
The new millage goes into effect on July 1, 2021 (fiscal year 2021-2022). The City Council will hold special meetings for presentation of the proposed fiscal year 2021-2022 budget on April 19 and April 22, 2021. The City Council will adopt the fiscal year 2021-2022 budget on or before May 17, 2021. In the meantime, watch this space for updates!
