Troy Public Library received the 2016 Dick Johnston Award and used the $1,000 grant to form a new collection of materials oriented specifically toward dementia patients. These unique Memory Care Kits are designed to trigger special memories of life experiences and encourage interaction between patients and caregivers.

Kits may be checked out for 4 weeks and can be renewed once if there are no hold requests. Bags must be returned intact to the Circulation Desk.
