The library receives NO printed federal tax forms, and only a limited number of state tax forms.

A limited number of Michigan 1040 forms are now available on a first come, first serve basis. We will not receive more after this supply is gone.

You may pick up each of these forms from our self-service station inside the Adult Services department while supplies last.
