The Dugouts - A Musical Celebration of the End of World War ISeptember 13, 2018 -
2018 celebrates the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1, known at the time as "The Great War" (1914-1918). The Dugouts, a local musical group consisting of Paul Balogh, Tom Dooley and Marilyn Hotaling, perform music by and for the soldiers of the Great War.

The Zine, the library's teen literature and arts journal, is hosting a contest for its new issue. Teens may send their poetry, short stories, art/photography, and non-fiction articles to O.Olson@troypl.org for consideration. Stories/non fiction pieces may be up to 4 pages long, double-spaced. All submissions must be appropriate for a teen audience.
Talk Time: English as a Second Language Conversational Group-
